
1-on-1 Personal Training includes a customized evaluation workout plan and individual training times with your Personal Trainer of choice. 1-on-1 Personal Training has a 24 hour reschedule policy for your convenience.

Working out as a group is a cheaper way to receive top quality personal training. The benefit of Progressive training is that we already have the group available for you. When you first begin your progressive training plan you will go through a very detailed holistic evaluation which will help to customize your program. Following the evaluation, you will work 1 on 1 with a trainer for 2 weeks then you will progress into a group of other CORE family members keeping to a maximum ratio of 4 members to every 1 trainer. A 12 hour reschedule policy is included for your convenience.

H.E.A.T is CORE’s newest and most exciting addition. This signature class starts with a quick warm up to raise your core temperature, and then progresses to a total body workout to build your functional strength, core strength, and endurance. The group leaders will use a combination of medicine balls, body weight, traditional exercise equipment, and nature to ensure you get the workout you desire. Set to a great music playlist, come prepared to jump, press, punch, kick, sweat, and most of all - be care-free!!
