"I liken the “CORE” way to an addiction. Once you get used to the program you can not wait to return for another round. The facility is new, the trainers are knowledgeable, friendly, and they will test your limits. Programs are individualized to meet your specific goals. You get out what ever effort you put in. I used to go to the health club and work out alone (bike, stairmaster, weights, etc – BORING!) This is a dynamic environment that breaks the mold of the typical gym. I love it. I love playing tennis, but have never really liked to exercise. When I hurt my elbow, I couldn’t play tennis so I turned to the other things I enjoy. Baking and reading are great pleasures, but they’re terrible for keeping fit! I came to CORE thinking I would strengthen my arm a bit and get back into tennis.
